Opis stanowiska

Hi!

We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/ RTV equipment.

We are growing and looking for consultants who are enthusiastic and committed to serving customers.

Tasks: 📌​

• Provide technical support to equipment users.

• Diagnose and resolve technical problems.

• Providing information on products and their functionality.

• Entering requests into the system.

Our requirements: 💎​

• Fluency in Dutch (B2/C1).

• Very good command of English (B1/B2).

• Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV).

• Smile, positive attitude, communicative, willingness to learn.

• Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.

• Availability for at least 120 hrs per month; Project hours: Mon–Fri 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m​.

• Civil contract with a rate of PLN 56,00 gross/h.

• We will support your relocation to Poland (Warsaw). Depending on your needs, we offer accommodation for the first month or a relocation bonus of PLN 4000 gross.
