Role Summary and Impact

As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC) in Poland, you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment.

We are looking for a Junior Paid Search Specialist (Google Ads Focus), who will:

  • Support the team in conducting Paid Search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Microsoft Ads, Apple Ads, Walmart Ads, Yahoo Ads, and others
  • Collaborate directly with global WPP media houses and agencies on SEM/SEA activities for international markets (e.g., UK, USA, EMEA)
  • Analyze data, draw conclusions, and offer targeted recommendations.
  • Report and assist in billing reconciliation (depending on the role)
  • Participate in meetings with GOC and WPP Media teams
  • Gain experience from the assistance of more experienced professionals

Skills and Experience

If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have:

  • Fluency in English (B2/C1)
  • 0.5+ years of practical experience in Paid Search campaigns, with a focus on Google Ads. Experience with other platforms (Microsoft/Bing, Apple, Amazon, Walmart, Yahoo) is a strong bonus
  • Strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Experience with Google Analytics, Data Studio/Looker Studio, GA4, Pacvue, Instacart, Criteo, GTM, and GMC is a plus
  • Eagerness to work directly from Poland (Warsaw, Poznań, or Kraków preferred)
  • Enthusiasm for learning new things, implementing, and testing new opportunities in the global market
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
