Help us shape one of Europe’s top e-commerce events!

We’re a Poznań-based team working exclusively on the E-commerce Berlin Expo – one of Germany’s top events for e-commerce professionals. Everything we do revolves around making this annual event in Berlin a success.

We’re looking for someone who loves turning ideas into memorable moments – and can juggle details, deadlines, and vendors with a smile. From networking breakfasts to afterparties, you’ll be the creative mind and force behind our side events and on-site experiences. The ideal candidate is somebody who enjoys conceptual, creative work – and then takes full ownership to bring the ideas to life, coordinating with other teams to make it all happen.

Location: Poznań

Team size: 15-20

Industry: Event organizing (trade fairs and conferences)

What you'll do

• Design and run experiences like roundtables, speed networking, jury dinner, networking breakfast, or our afterparty

• Own each activation from idea to execution – concept, setup, guest lists, and post-event follow-up

• Coordinate with the logistics team and vendors to make it all happen

• Lead on-site execution (yes, you’ll be the one making sure everything runs smoothly)

• Build barter partnerships for drinks, snacks, entertainment & giveaways

What you bring

• Experience in event coordination, marketing, or production (B2B or creative welcome!)

• Excellent Polish and English (B2+)

• Creativity, eye for detail, and a “let’s make it happen” attitude

• A love for making people feel welcome and impressed

• Based in Poznań, and open to a few trips to Berlin yearly

Working conditions

Full-time position

Based in Poznań, with travel to Berlin for the main event in February

Hybrid work is possible after onboarding (min. 3 days/week in the office)
