As a Senior UX Designer, you'll focus on both qualitative and quantitative research, aligning with organizational goals to generate valuable insights. You'll apply your research to inform product decisions and improve user experience, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and engineers. What you'll do

• Plan and execute both qualitative and quantitative user research with a cross-functional team, focusing on generative, descriptive and evaluative research aligned with organizational goals.

• Build empathy and understanding of users, representing their voice in product discussions with Product Managers, Designers, Developers, and stakeholders.

• Collaborate across teams to continuously improve research quality and promote best practices.

• Generate insights that drive ideation and support design evaluations.

• Validate designs and prototypes through collaboration with users, designers and web analytics.

• Translate problems into seamless and accessible design solutions by yourself.

• Work closely with business, technology and design experts to understand business needs and technical constraints.

• Lead and contribute to user interviews and workshops.

• Frame design challenges and communicate clear, compelling design solutions to cross-functional teams, product leadership and key stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of experience as a UX Designer, with a strong track record in research

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Maze, and Amplitude

• Solid understanding of the SaaS environment (experience in eCommerce is a plus)

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written (min. C1 level)
