Senior RTR Accountant
Here are some of the things you can look forward to:
Ensure statutory and tax compliance for assigned countries, including coordination with external providers
Prepare or review local financial statements and ensure alignment between local and US GAAP
Act as the main point of contact for audits, escalations, and communication with local authorities
Support and review general ledger activities, including reconciliations and month-end close
Work closely with process owners (e.g. OPEX, Payroll, Intercompany) to ensure accurate reporting
Collaborate with the Tax team on annual tax packages and segmented P&L reviews
Partner with Business Units to review financial results and ensure data quality
You are the right person for the role if you:
5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a Shared Services or multinational environment
Strong knowledge of General Ledger accounting principles
Exposure to financial statement preparation and audit coordination
Understanding of US GAAP standards
Ability to analyze and reconcile accounts, identify discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy
Experience working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision
Strong collaboration skills – ability to work effectively across different teams and time zones
Proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a hands-on approach to daily tasks
Good command o f English (minimum B2/C1 level)
Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (essential); experience with Oracle and Hyperion is an advantage
