Opis stanowiska

We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to help optimize and streamline our logistics processes. In this role, you will work closely with both internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth domestic and international transport, managing return flows, and driving operational improvements.

Delivery & Services Team

The Delivery & Services Team ensures that Tylko products reach customers worldwide safely and on time. They collaborate with external carriers and warehouses to provide reliable, timely, and secure logistics solutions.

Once you join our Team you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating transport, returns, and assembly services; resolving delivery issues
• Recording and verifying logistics costs; identifying savings
• Improving processes and systems; implementing new carriers and tools
• Support integrating with partners and digital platforms
• Monitoring partner performance, KPIs, and conducting audits
• Reducing delivery times and logistics costs; supporting strategy

Job requirements

• Min. 2 years of experience in a courier company or e-commerce logistics (B2C deliveries)
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office tools
• Experience with TMS/WMS systems or delivery tracking platforms
• Fluent Polish and good command of English (B2)
• Working in our Warsaw office 3 days a week

It would be an additional plus if you have a valid category B driving license and you are comfortable with long-distance driving.
