🚀 Lead and inspire a team of accountants, driving efficiency and service excellence.

🧩 Solve both standard and complex challenges with autonomy and confidence.

🎯 Manage by objectives, ensuring your team is skilled, motivated, and aligned.

🔄 Act as the Accounting Business Partner for CFOs and CAOs in your territory.

📣 Be the voice of change—communicate updates, lead transformation projects, and support global initiatives.

📊 Monitor KPIs, ensure compliance, and continuously improve processes.

🤝 Collaborate with Process Leads across global delivery centers.

📅 Coordinate and communicate holiday calendars and time-off schedules.

Your Profile:

✅ 4–5 years of accounting experience, ideally in a Finance Shared Services environment.

✅ Proven leadership experience and a passion for people development.

🎓 Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent qualifications.

🌐 Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

🔍 Detail-oriented with a knack for spotting inconsistencies.

💡 A proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and change management.
