Job overview:

As an Account Manager focusing on social media content creation, you will be integral to our Client Service team, liaising directly with clients & creators and managing a portfolio of exciting content creation projects and brands. Your expertise in social media will guide strategic project management, from initial creative concept through execution 🚀

What We’re Looking For:

• 📱 A minimum of 4 years of client management experience in social media/digital/influencer agency, with a focus on content creation.
• 🤝 In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and the ability to create engaging content (Reels/TikTok/Stories).
• 📅 Excellent client and project management skills, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery of content.
• 🌍 Proficiency in English (min C1 level)

What You Will Be Responsible For:

• 🤝 Building & maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with both clients and creators.
• 💼 Creating innovative campaign concepts that resonate with target audiences.
• 📆 Coordinating content production schedules, from concept to final delivery.
• 💰 Managing budgets and timelines.
• 🔎 Selecting and collaborating with content creators to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• 📝 Negotiating partnerships and managing contracts with content creators.
• 🌀 Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
