We’re looking for a sharp and proactive Business Growth Specialist – Outbound, who will help us identify and engage the right corporate leads, support commercial outreach and build the foundations for scalable growth — both for The Heart and for the ventures we co-create with our partners.
This isn’t classic “growth marketing” or funnel optimization. It’s a relational, research-driven role focused on crafting outreach strategies, personalizing communication, and working closely with venture teams to bring in early traction and validate new opportunities.

What You’ll Do
Research industries, companies, and key decision-makers based on strategic fit.
Build qualified lead lists and find ways to open relevant conversations with corporate clients.
Support outreach efforts with personalized messaging (email, LinkedIn, etc.).
Collaborate with venture and commercial teams to co-create client materials, proposals, and pitch decks.
Help tailor communication to the needs and challenges of each lead or partner.
Keep our CRM (Attio) structured and up-to-date with relevant data on clients, prospects, and conversations.
Track opportunity stages and ensure we don’t miss a follow-up or moment to re-engage.
Support hypothesis testing and market validation activities for new venture ideas.
Bring a deep understanding of industry trends and client pain points to our go-to-market strategies.
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years in business development, sales support, research, or outreach — ideally in a consulting, innovation, or B2B environment.
Experience working with corporate clients or in long-cycle sales processes is a plus.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (eg. Attio, HubSpot, Pipedrive)
Familiarity with outbound automation tools (eg. Lemlist) will be a plus
Strong research and analytical skills; you're comfortable diving deep into industries and organizations.
Confident communicator, both written and verbal – in English and Polish.
Detail-oriented and structured; you enjoy bringing order to chaos (especially in a CRM!).
Self-starter who enjoys autonomy but thrives in collaboration.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, venture-building environment.
