We are seeking a Head of Marketing (Strategy Lead) to direct the marketing vision and brand strategies for 10+ diverse brands across multiple sectors - B2B SaaS, B2B Transportation Services, B2C Mass Market (Rideshare), and B2C Premium for a sophisticated audience. You will set strategy, build workflows, and lead a team of channel specialists to deliver measurable growth across these portfolios.

This is a senior leadership role for a strategic, data-driven marketer who can adapt messaging and positioning for different audiences, from high-volume mass market to premium high-touch experiences.

What You’ll Do

Portfolio & Strategic Leadership

  • Own the multi-brand marketing vision, annual plans, and budgets across 10+ brands.

  • Adapt strategies for diverse audience segments - from enterprise decision-makers to mass-market consumers and premium clientele.

  • Define and maintain B2C/B2B brand architectures and ensure they are applied consistently.

Marketing Operations & AI Automation

  • Build a scalable marketing operating system with owners, SLAs, and KPIs.

  • Develop reusable playbooks and checklists for faster, error-free launches.

  • Oversee the implementation of AI-powered marketing workflows (n8n, Make, LLM tools) for content, approvals, publishing, and reporting.

Digital Marketing & Channel Orchestration

  • Establish strategy and workflows for SEO, SEM, paid social, influencer, CRM, ASO, and local marketing - without executing them directly.

  • Lead and coordinate internal specialists and external partners, ensuring brand alignment and performance across all brands.

  • Monitor cross-channel integration to optimize CAC, LTV, and conversion rates.

Analytics & Decision-Making

  • Create a unified marketing dashboard integrating SMM, SEO, PPC, CRM, and app analytics.

  • Set core KPIs per channel and review performance with team leads to guide optimizations.

  • Direct the testing and experimentation process to continuously improve results.

Brand Management & Market Presence

  • Act as brand steward, ensuring consistent messaging, visuals, and asset quality.

  • Guide teams on maintaining and optimizing reputation touchpoints (Google Business Profiles, local listings, reviews).

  • Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities.

Partnerships, PR & Collaboration

  • Drive co-marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships relevant to each brand segment.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations leaders to ensure marketing alignment with business priorities.

  • Lead and mentor a multi-functional marketing department.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in multi-channel marketing leadership for both B2C and B2B.

  • Strong digital marketing expertise with deep understanding of SEO, SEM, paid social, influencer, CRM/lifecycle marketing - at a strategic/oversight level.

  • Proficiency with marketing analytics platforms (GA4, Data Studio, Looker, BI tools).

  • Hands-on experience with AI marketing automation tools (n8n, Make, ChatGPT/LLMs).

  • Knowledge of brand architecture, messaging, and CRO principles.

  • Experience managing diverse audience profiles - from mass market to premium.

Nice to Have

  • Background in transportation, mobility, or SaaS.

  • Experience leading teams across multiple US markets and time zones.

First 90 Days

30 Days – Conduct full multi-brand audit (strategy, channels, reporting); publish the one-page marketing plan and KPI map; agree on the weekly standup format.

60 Days – Launch a unified dashboard (SMM/SEO/PPC/CRM/App sources connected); deploy v1 AI/automation workflows; create playbooks for launches/promotions.

90 Days – Deliver the quarterly test plan and channel roadmap; present the first market/competitor brief in standups; deliver first partnership/PR assists (deck + timeline + owner).

Success Metrics

  • Clear annual/quarterly plan with budget by channel and target metrics; weekly KPI dashboard delivered and acted on.

  • Faster launches via playbooks; reduced handoffs and fewer operational errors (naming/UTM/asset hygiene).

  • Higher contribution from organic and paid channels toward revenue goals; improved conversion on priority journeys.

  • Documented learnings from experiments; % of automated pipeline steps rises quarter over quarter.

  • Steady pipeline of partnership and PR opportunities with timelines, owners, and measurable impact.
