Your responsibilities

• SAP Quality Management - Maintain and update material master data for new materials and plant extensions;
• Identify and resolve SAP-related quality issues affecting material tracking;
• Monitor and address discrepancies in customer Certificates of Analysis (COAs);
• Review and maintain product specifications;
• Monitor product quality at third-party sites;
• Maintain accurate records for product stored at third-party locations;
• Investigate product quality complaints and implement corrective actions;
• Respond promptly to internal and external queries regarding product quality, testing, and specifications;
• Support internal and external audits (e.g., ISO, customer audits);
• Participate in change control processes for materials, suppliers, or processes;
• Manage product shelf-life extensions

Employer requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Quality Management, Data Analysis, or a related field;
• Experience with SAP Quality Management is preferred;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail;
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills;
• Familiarity with global quality standards and regulatory requirements
