Your responsibilities

• Manage CAPEX and MRO procurement categories: needs analysis, purchasing consolidation, planning, and execution of sourcing strategies.
• Cooperating with the Category Manager in the execution of sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate technical and innovative solutions
• Work closely with engineering and investment departments on preparing and reviewing technical specifications.
• Lead procurement processes: negotiations, contract finalization, and execution oversight.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships; support strategic sourcing and supplier evaluation.
• Provide support for investment processes, including asset classification and understanding of construction law.
• Use ERP system and advanced MS Excel tools (e.g., pivot tables, cost analysis, reporting).

Our requirements

• University degree in a technical field (engineering, automation, mechanics, sanitary engineering) or economics with strong understanding of technical processes.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical or CAPEX procurement in a production/manufacturing environment (preferably: pharmaceutical, chemical, FMCG).
• Fluency in English that allows for daily communication
• Knowledge of construction law and investment project life cycles.
• Ability to read and evaluate technical documentation; strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP system is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, independence, and ability to manage complex procurement processes.
