Your responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of accountants, driving efficiency and service excellence.
  • Solve both standard and complex challenges with autonomy and confidence.
  • Manage by objectives, ensuring your team is skilled, motivated, and aligned.
  • Act as the Accounting Business Partner for CFOs and CAOs in your territory.
  • Be the voice of change—communicate updates, lead transformation projects, and support global initiatives.
  • Monitor KPIs, ensure compliance, and continuously improve processes.
  • Collaborate with Process Leads across global delivery centers.
  • Coordinate and communicate holiday calendars and time-off schedules.

Our requirements

  • 4–5 years of accounting experience, ideally in a Finance Shared Services environment.
  • Proven leadership experience and a passion for people development.
  • Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent qualifications.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for spotting inconsistencies.
  • A proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and change management.
