Your responsibilities

• Ensuring comprehensive legal services and providing expert legal support to Ignitis Polska and Ignitis Group teams
• Drafting, negotiating and ensuring compliance of legal documentation with applicable laws, the interests of Ignitis Polska and Ignitis Group, and best international practices, both in Polish and English
• Assisting the business team in finding legal solutions for various practical legal and business issues
• Cooperating with the regulatory authorities, management, and other stakeholders
• Reviewing and preparing internal policies and procedures to ensure business activities are in place to meet regulatory obligations
• Handling corporate housekeeping tasks, including maintenance of corporate documentation and coordination of corporate governance processes

Our requirements

• Master’s degree in law
• 3+ years of professional post-qualification experience in-house in energy sector company or in a law firm in respective areas of expertise
• Ability to work in a team and independently, prioritize and effectively manage key stakeholder expectations (both business and legal)
• Ability to respond proactively to business changes and adapting them legally
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Polish and English
• Strong attention to detail, as well as self-reliance and responsibility for the assigned tasks
