About the project

• We are looking for an experienced Knowledge Graph and Semantic Engineer to join our team and design advanced graph-based data solutions that power intelligent applications. You will work on projects that translate complex business concepts into structured, ontology-driven models, enabling richer data insights and smarter decision-making.

Your responsibilities

• Design, model, and implement property graphs using Neo4j, Cypher, and related tools
• Develop semantic data models leveraging RDF, OWL, SHACL, and SPARQL
• Build and maintain Python-based data pipelines, REST APIs, and automation scripts
• Translate business requirements into robust ontology-driven knowledge graphs
• Deliver graph or semantic web solutions from concept to production deployment
• Collaborate with Agile teams, engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Our requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with Neo4j, Cypher, and property graph modeling
• Proficiency in RDF, OWL, SHACL, SPARQL, and semantic web technologies
• Strong Python programming skills for data integration and automation
• Experience delivering end-to-end graph or semantic web projects in production
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in Agile environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)

Optional

• Experience with semantic graph platforms (GraphDB, Stardog, Amazon Neptune)
• Familiarity with ontology tools (Protégé, VocBench, TopBraid)
• Knowledge of graph-based AI/ML use cases (embeddings, reasoning, LLM integration)
• Understanding of data governance, metadata, and FAIR principles
• Experience with industrial/manufacturing data from ERP, MES, IoT, or Cognite Data Fusion
