Your responsibilities

  • As an HR and Admin. Coordinator you are responsible for managing the selection and recruitment process, interviewing candidates and supporting management in decision making
  • You organize onboarding of new employees, plan and coordinate internal and external trainings
  • You assist in marketing activities and promote GW as an employer at different events and networks
  • You perform in accordance with legal regulations (preparation of contracts, annexes, GDP, ISO regulations and various other administration duties...)

Our requirements

  • You have great communication skills and ideally some experience in Human Resources position
  • You speak either English or German
  • You are willing to learn and develop in a growing international organization with great career potential
  • Outgoing personality with solution-oriented mind set
  • You have good command of IT tools and standard office programs
