• Role description:
• The purpose of this position is to lead a team of up to approx. 12 team members for our client. The team leader will be accountable for EUR Pre Bound Operations or EUR Pre Bound & Projects.
• Key responsibilities:
• • The individual will be responsible for managing mentioned activities/processes including client facing interactions.
• • Responsible for mentoring current members, providing them with the necessary guid-ance they need in order to deliver results.
• • Guide, coach and support the development of staff including regular 1-2-1s.
• • Creates growth opportunities for people to learn, planning for succession, and develop-ing the leadership pipeline.
• • Responsible for management administration for the team (e.g. annual leave manage-ment, compliance etc.).
• • Takes ownership of organizational changes, implement strategies, and build tactical plans to drive the change process.
• • Improve processes, leverage technology and other resources to automate/create effi-ciencies;
• • Work with the manager, Country Coordinators & other stakeholders (depending on needs) to ensure that the expectations (BAU vs additional activities) are managed effi-ciently.

Our requirements

• Very good English skills (C1).
• Analytical thinking, numeracy and problem-solving skills are critical.
• Previous experience in insurance area would be an asset.
• Ability to question the status quo and openness to new challenges.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in team and process management.
• Understands clients perspective and their challenges and is able to find win-win solutions;
