Your responsibilities

• Oversee and resolve complex issues, including escalations, to ensure timely collections
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to optimize processes and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Monitor and analyze Collections performance, providing insights and reports to management, ensure and support audits when applicable.
• Ensure accurate and efficient usage of SAP and other ERP systems, and update/maintain WI, SOP’s.
• Guide, mentor, train, and support team members to foster professional growth and productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Collection process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external. regulations

Employer requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Professional proven proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and SAP or other ERP systems.
• Strong communications skills and proactive customer interaction abilities.
• Effective teamwork, interpersonal and resilience skills.
• Language skills:
• English (B1) and Brazilian Portuguese or Spanish or German at C1
