Your responsibilities

• Taking care of the ordering process from start to finish (checking configurations, reserving orders, tracking shipments and other order management activities)
• Collaborating with other departments (account managers, accounting managers, wholesale managers) on ordering processes to improve order management and order delivery processes in the WMS
• Planning and executing deliveries
• Receiving orders from other departments and creating documentation in the ERP system,
• Creating orders in the WMS and controlling the picking, packing and delivery process
• Ensuring cost and service efficient logistics planning
• Ensuring excellent order fulfillment (order and delivery management)
• Managing a team of 3-6 warehouse employees

Our requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of Polish and at least B2 level of English is a must
• Advanced level of Excel
• Completion of studies in logistics or engineering
• Strong creative skills, critical thinking and intuitive problem solving
• Good communication skills, clear and concise in both written and oral communication

Optional

• Experience in a retail or FMCG company
• Experience in working on Comarch Altum
• Knowledge of Power BI will be a great advantage
