• We’re seeking a Process Analyst Accounting to join our newly formed central team at Siemens Financial Services in Poland. This team will play a key role in the support of the implementation of our new S/4 HANA corporate solution SherpaX across various Siemens Financial Services entities.
• In this role, you will contribute to the success of the SherpaX project by analyzing, understanding, and documenting accounting processes and related controls across serviced entities. You’ll play a key role in establishing harmonized and efficient processes in close collaboration with the Siemen Financial Services AC Head Office.

• You’ll create impact by:
• ✅ Documenting processes and controls of the serviced entity (principal) to prepare for SHERPA X rollout
• ✅ Identifying process optimization and automation opportunities of transitioned processes
• ✅ Defining and documenting new standardized processes and controls within SHERPA X platform
• ✅ Driving process analysis and adjustments as part of the S/4 HANA migration (SHERPA X)
• ✅ Providing support for internal and external audit activities

Our requirements

• Your success is grounded in:
• ✅ A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within financial services
• ✅ Strong working knowledge of IFRS
• ✅ Experience in the accounting processes of financial services providers and with process analysis and documentation
• ✅ A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in finance, accounting or a related field
• ✅ Proficiency in SAP systems (R/3 and S/4HANA), along with familiarity with financial services contract management systems
• ✅ Strong digitalization drive and skills e.g., PowerBI, Visio, and similar tools
• ✅ Excellent analytical thinking, paired with strong presentation and communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• ✅ The ability to thrive in multi-cultural, cross-functional environments, ideally with international project exposure
• ✅ Fluency in English is required, additional European languages are a strong plus
• ✅ Willingness to travel up to 25%
