Twój zakres obowiązków

• Plan for the Long Term: Develop and maintain long-term production and purchasing strategies for our products across EMEA.
• Balance Supply & Demand: Align supply plans with demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and business priorities, while calculating trade-offs and managing risks to ensure optimal decision-making.
• Drive Inventory Health: Monitor and manage inventory (+ Slow movers) to maintain the optimal balance between working capital and service level.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively: Engage with Master Planners, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve planning issues and ensure visibility.
• Lead Supply Reviews: Facilitate monthly supply review meetings with commercial teams to align on trends, actions, and new opportunities.
• Contribute to the Future: Support projects that shape the evolution of our global supply network.

Nasze wymagania

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in complex supply chain environments, ideally in manufacturing, pharma, or food industries.
• Proven experience in supply and/or demand planning.
• Familiarity with IBP, SAP, or other advanced planning systems.
• Motivation to own your portfolio with accountability for cost and product availability
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI to analyze data and communicate insights effectively.
• Strong analytical mindset with a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
