About the project

• As part of Straumann Group’s continued growth, we are excited to announce the opening of a new Digital Treatment Planning Center in Wrocław, Poland. We are looking for talented individuals to join our team and help shape the future of orthodontic care.
• This is an intermediate technical position, responsible for creating high-quality treatment planning and digital set-ups using company CAD software. A minimum of 2 years of direct related experience is required. This position reports directly to the DTP Designer Supervisor.

Your responsibilities

• Create high-quality digital treatment plans that provide the clinical effect expected by our customers, following prescriptions and instructions received from providers. Maintain effective clinical communication with doctors via company software and platform.
• Develop professional expertise; independently complete the design of complex cases.
• Use experience to avoid common technical problems. Follow special instructions and preferences of key customers to complete various designs.
• Accurately identify customer needs and follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
• Handle small to medium scope projects assigned.
• Actively acquire relevant knowledge and continuously improve professional skills.
• Coordinate work priorities according to team/department objectives.
• Maintain good cooperative relationships within the group. Take ownership of problems and work toward effective solutions.
• Follow DPS work instructions, clinical protocols, quality guidelines, and other company standards.
• Follow work schedules and complete daily production tasks assigned by the team leader.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in production and quality KPIs (quality, productivity, lead time, conversion rate, value, etc.).
• Adhere to all established company policies and procedures, including health and safety.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, tests, and other assigned activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Our requirements

• A Diploma or Bachelor of Science degree in technical discipline is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of directly related experience.
• Good knowledge of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with CAD-CAM or 3D software is an advantage.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a performance-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Logical thinking, results- and quality-oriented; able to work under pressure to achieve goals. Agile problem-solver.
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and passion for learning.
• Good English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
