About the project

• We are hiring Testing Engineers to join the Digital Business Automation team in CTO Infrastructure. Our services span automation and file transfer tooling across various platforms including Linux/Oracle, mainframe systems, and microservices — but your focus will be on testing practices rather than the platforms themselves.
• You’ll work closely with engineering and operations teams to validate new features, identify defects early, and help shape a modern, automation-friendly testing environment. While some tests will be conducted manually or semi-manually at the outset, we are evolving towards greater automation — and your scripting ability and tooling mindset will be key.

Your responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases for new and enhanced services across multiple technologies.
• Support both manual and semi-automated testing, gradually increasing automation coverage.
• Contribute to test planning, requirement reviews, and test data preparation.
• Write or adapt scripts and test scenarios using tools aligned with CI/CD workflows.
• Log, track, and retest defects in collaboration with development teams.
• Ensure traceability and documentation of test results to support audits and governance.
• Participate in continuous improvement of testing processes and frameworks.
• Work closely with the Testing Lead to align execution with overall test strategy.

Our requirements

• Hands-on experience in functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Some exposure to scripting or test automation tools (e.g. Python, Bash, Selenium, REST API testing).
• Basic understanding of CI/CD practices and how testing integrates with pipelines.
• Ability to review requirements, spot edge cases, and design effective test cases.
• Familiarity with enterprise technology environments (e.g. Linux, Oracle DB, APIs).
• Proactive approach to identifying issues and improving quality practices.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work in global, cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a structured, documentation-driven mindset.
