Your responsibilities

  • As Coordinator you will be a key part of a new team dedicated to supporting internal/external customers – other entities within our global organization. Your daily tasks will include:
  • Customer Service
  • 🔹 Supporting our B2B clients in the German market
  • 🔹 Processing and managing customer orders
  • 🔹 Coordinating with logistics, planning, and sales teams
  • 🔹 Ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience
  • 🔹 Managing invoicing
  • Intercompany Customer Service
  • 🔹 Supporting internal Swisspearl companies across Europe
  • 🔹 Handling internal orders in SAP and D365
  • 🔹 Coordinating with planning, production, and logistics
  • 🔹 Managing internal communication
  • You’ll join a motivated and friendly team, with full onboarding and support from experienced colleagues.

Our requirements

  • What we’re looking for:
  • 🔹German C1 for Customer Service Germany
  • 🔹Very good English (minimum B2)
  • 🔹Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills

Optional

  • 🔹German at a communicative level (minimum B1) for Intercompany Customer Service is a PLUS
  • 🔹Experience in Customer Service or Order Management
  • 🔹SAP knowledge
  • 🔹D365 knowledge
