Your responsibilities

• Booking of Accounts Payable (AP) invoices in the financial system in accordance with internal policies and accounting standards.
• Matching commodity invoices with purchase orders and delivery confirmations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Reviewing and reconciling customer statements, identifying discrepancies and ensuring timely resolution.
• Supporting collections activities, including follow-ups with customers regarding outstanding payments and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintaining accurate and organized records of financial transactions and supporting documentation.
• Assisting in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Supporting internal and external audits by preparing and providing necessary documentation.

Our requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a similar position will be a strong asset
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience or familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
