About the project

• We are seeking an experienced Senioe Tableau Developer to join our customer, primarily supporting a financial organization.

Your responsibilities

• You will be responsible for designing and implementing Data Governance processes, ensuring robust data management practices are in place.
• Your daily tasks will include collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to define and refine data-related policies, standards, and roles.
• You will integrate and analyze data from multiple sources using tools such as Alteryx and Tableau, and develop comprehensive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to enhance decision-making processes.
• You will support data compliance initiatives aligned with industry regulations and standards, and provide expert guidance on best practices in data management.
• The role is mainly remote, with occasional travel to the client’s office in Luxembourg.

Our requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Tableau Developer or in a similar BI role.
• Demonstrated expertise in the design and implementation of Data Governance processes within financial organizations.
• Proficient in integrating and analyzing data from various sources using Alteryx and Tableau.
• Proven ability to create advanced reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Strong understanding of data compliance requirements and industry regulations.
• Ability to define and document data management policies, standards, and roles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English (B2/C1 level).
• Willingness to travel occasionally to the client office in Luxembourg.
