Your responsibilities

  • We would like to emphasize that this is not a Junior Project Manager position (you will not be directly involved in project work, nor will there be any interaction with external clients).
  • Assisting in coordinating processes related to monthly financial project closing, including:
  • Preparing financial settlements of projects for clients,
  • Verifying financial data related to travel expenses and other project costs.
  • Supporting the coordination of project documentation flow, which includes:
  • a) Verifying documents, overseeing the approval process, and handling registration and archiving.
  • b) Assisting in managing the contract repository (framework agreements, Statements of Work (SOW), Purchase Orders (PO)).
  • Supporting the supervisor in analyzing project data and monitoring the working time of project teams.
  • Providing administrative support to Project Managers.
  • Collaborating with other organizational units of the company, including finance, legal, administration, and security departments.

Our requirements

  • 2-3 years of professional experience (previous experience in a Project Management Office is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including experience with pivot tables.
  • Very good command of English (B2 minimum), with a strong focus on reading comprehension.
  • Excellent command of Polish (C1 minimum).
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest quality of data.
  • Analytical thinking skills and the ability to identify connections and dependencies.
  • Ability to work with numerical data, efficiently detect errors in calculations, and understand data thoroughly.
  • A positive, team-focused attitude and the patience to help and support colleagues.
