Your responsibilities

• Administration of car fleet in the selected European countries
• Ordering of company cars based on approved requests from Business Units
• Managing car replacement process
• Obtaining contract calculations from leasing companies
• Providing information to local Payroll/HR about changes in cars and users as well as expiration of leasing agreements
• Functioning as the first point of contact for car users (information on process and rules)
• Driver database maintenance
• Informing users of speed and parking fines that need to be paid by the user
• Monitoring fuel purchases by administering fuel cards for all vehicles to their respective drivers
• Reporting on fuel consumption and facilitating global ESG reporting process
• Promoting EV transition
• Communication with HR and Procurement dep. to improve management model and local car fleet policies
• Continuous maintenance and updating of the car flet management system

Our requirements

• 1 year of relevant experience in car fleet management in corporate client service
• Higher education
• Good understanding of the car fleet management process
• Good knowledge of Office 365 tools (Excel especially)
• Very good knowledge of English (min. B2 level)
• Ownership for tasks and projects
• Good communication skills and high customer focus
• Constructive mindset and problem-solving approach with attention to detail
