Your responsibilities

  • acquiring new clients and projects: identify and pursue new business opportunities, present staffing solutions, close deals,
  • expanding the contact network: build relationships with key decision-makers, attend industry events, etc.,
  • sales strategy and execution: develop sales plans, track pipeline progress, and reach monthly/quarterly goals,
  • market presence and branding: represent IP Teknikk in the Norwegian market and support brand development efforts.

Our requirements

  • minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in the electrical, industrial, or shipbuilding sectors),
  • excellent English and Norwegian – both spoken and written – at an advanced level,
  • readiness to travel to Norway for client meetings and business development,
  • strong communication and negotiation skills,
  • high self-motivation and focus on achieving results.
