Your responsibilities

  • What You'll Do:
  • Training Content Creation & Localization:
  • – Transform process documentation into clear and engaging training materials (e.g., slides, video walkthroughs)
  • – Adapt content to regional specifics and compliance requirements
  • Live & Recorded Training Delivery:
  • – Lead virtual and in-person training sessions across the region
  • – Create on-demand modules for scalable, flexible learning
  • Onboarding & Learning Facilitation:
  • – Design and run onboarding programs for new hires and transitioning teams
  • – Organize interactive learning formats: simulations, Q&As, and workshops
  • Knowledge Assessment & Reinforcement:
  • – Develop quizzes, assessments, and feedback loops
  • – Monitor knowledge retention and adjust materials accordingly
  • Operational Readiness & Transition Support:
  • – Ensure teams are fully trained before go-live of new processes
  • – Align training with organizational goals and process updates
  • Continuous Improvement & Best Practices:
  • – Collect learner feedback and refine training approaches
  • – Stay up to date on adult learning techniques and regional training trends

  • – Skilled at encouraging participation and engagement during sessions

  • – Experience in knowledge testing and using insights to improve content
  • Process Familiarity & Regional Awareness
  • – Understanding of business process transitions and compliance variations across regions
  • Tech-Savviness
  • – Proficient with training software, e-learning platforms, and virtual meeting tools
  • Growth Mindset
  • – Open to evolving training approaches and feedback-driven learning
  • Your Professional Profile:
  • – Fluent in English and Polish (written and spoken)
  • – 3–5 years of experience in training delivery, onboarding, or instructional design
  • – Proven ability to translate documentation into structured training
  • – Experience with both virtual and in-person training formats
  • – Experience coordinating training programs or small learning teams is a plus
  • – Familiarity with shared service transitions and regional HR/compliance topics is a strong advantage
