Your responsibilities

• Review and approve monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements prepared by the external accounting firm
• Ensure compliance with Polish GAAP, IFRS (if applicable), and local tax regulations
• Lead annual budgeting and conduct variance analysis and quarterly forecasts
• Prepare monthly financial reports for HQ (P&L, B/S, C/F) and track key KPIs
• Maintain internal control procedures and ensure audit readiness (external and internal)
• Review VAT, CIT, and PIT filings prepared by external advisors
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and manage banking relationships
• Support strategic financial projects (cost reduction, profitability analysis, transfer pricing documentation) in coordination with HQ

Our requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting roles
• Solid understanding of Polish GAAP and IFRS
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Strong coordination skills with both internal and external stakeholders

Optional

• Experience in the automotive manufacturing or parts distribution industry
• ERP experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Familiarity with transfer pricing documentation (TPD/TPA)
