Your responsibilities

• Preparing transfer pricing documentation (including local and masterfile) for Group companies
• Coordinating automation projects of Tax TP App with Digital Finance Team
• Maintaining database of reportable arrangements for the Group companies required for compliance with mandatory disclosure regime (MDR) in the EU and support CbCR obligations
• Maintaining the list and preparing new agreements for corporate fees (Oerlikon trademark, management services, and IT licenses and services)
• Supporting benefit test preparation for various intra group services, including management, global and divisional services
• Supporting senior team members in discussions, decisions and implementation of new tax concepts
• Conducting financial analysis for purpose of profitability testing of group companies
• Preparing material and participating in workshops with businesses
• Supporting ongoing international tax matters of the Group, including tax audits and projects
• Assisting in analysis and controls of withholding taxes of Group companies

Our requirements

• University degree (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an university or a „Fachhochschule“) or comparable qualification in Business Studies/Finance/Tax, Economics or Law
• Minimum 5 years work experience in the field of Accounting, Tax and/or Transfer Pricing
• Fluent in English and any additional language is an advantage
• Willing to learn new things and taking up new challenges
• Highly motivated and interested in the field of taxation
• Analytical skills and flexibility
• Autonomous, accurate and time-oriented working style
