Your responsibilities

• Issuing and posting invoices, clearing bank statements, taking care of customer settlements, clearing items on customer accounts
• Verifying and settling balances with customers, performing debt collection activities
• Manage prepayments and allocation of credit card transactions
• Processing and responding to customer enquiries in a timely manner
• Participation in month-end closing activities including bank reconciliation
• Assist in finance related projects, including system automation, new process roll outs

Our requirements

• You are well-organized and detail oriented
• You have University Degree, preferably in Finance/Accounting/Economics
• Minimum 2 year of experience, preferably 3 years
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good English skills, spoken and writing
• Good, practical knowledge of MS tools
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX will be an advantage
• Experience from an international organization will be an advantage
