Your responsibilities

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities based on marketing signals (e.g., downloads, visits, events, webinars) and CRM insights
  • Utilize existing partnerships and warm relationships to uncover SQLs
  • Attend industry events, build high-quality relationships with ICP
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team on campaigns, content strategy, and generation initiatives
  • Work across departments on value creation for potential clients
  • Independently design and execute outbound or relationship-driven strategies that lead to revenue
  • Being a consultative, insight-driven approach to conversations with prospects

Our requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant role: Business Development, Account Management, Sales Development, Project Management, or Consulting
  • Solid understanding of B2B sales fundamentals (sales funnels, lead qualification, ICPs, SQLs, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of B2B marketing mechanics (performance, content, events, inbound)
  • Familiarity with software development and/or web technology – enough to speak comfortably with both clients and delivery teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • A true "people person", you naturally build trust and relationships
  • Initiate, follow through, and adapt without being asked
  • Highly ambitious, motivated by growth, career progression, and financial success
  • Curious and analytical, seek to understand the “why” and dive deep into client challenges
  • Comfortable working in a less-structured environment
  • Operates best at the intersection of sales, strategy, and consulting
  • Positive bias for action - you see opportunity where others see ambiguity
