Your responsibilities

• Lead the bidding process, including preparation of bid documentation, cost estimation, and timely submission of proposals.
• Review and analyze tender documentation to evaluate bidding feasibility and define effective bidding strategies.
• Ensure alignment with technical and commercial bidding requirements through close coordination with internal teams.
• Participate in clarification sessions and Q&A rounds during the bidding process to ensure transparency and continuity.
• Maintain and continuously improve the quotation database; streamline quotation workflows to increase bidding efficiency and competitiveness.
• Monitor industry developments and proactively gather relevant project information.
• Willingness to travel for short business trips (2–3 days every 2 months) to visit project sites, gather technical details, and assess local pricing conditions.

Employer requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Engineering, Economics, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in bidding and quotation processes, with the ability to independently prepare comprehensive bid documents. Experience in on-site construction is a strong asset.
• Hands-on experience with public procurement and tendering processes in sectors such as construction, railway engineering, road engineering, factory building, plant construction, civil and hydraulic engineering is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with the infrastructure market in Poland; previous experience working with institutions such as the railway bureau or highway bureau will be considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to create complete and accurate bid documentation.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a clear understanding of cost control and financial feasibility.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and effective in cross-functional collaboration and team communication.
• Fluency in both English and Polish is essential; candidates must demonstrate the ability to work with technical English in a business setting.
• Category B driving licence.
