Your responsibilities

  • managing all compliance and regulatory activities around the procurement area (e.g. audit, audit-related, TPRM, DORA) in close collaboration with Group Procurement functions
  • providing advice and guidance to colleagues on activities that are on the critical path and helping in resolving issues
  • running internal audits to measure quality, as well as running own initiatives in close alignment with Group Procurement functions
  • providing oversight on internal procurement regulations (Local and Group Procurement Guidelines, ESG and other related regulations)
  • leading and managing the research, development, implementation and monitoring of procurement performance benchmarks that support key result areas, including performance reporting (e.g. compliance reporting, functional performance reporting, etc.)
  • overseeing vendor requirements (non-administrative)
  • managing contract database in terms of adherence to existing norms
  • ensuring internal and external compliance with sourcing procedures and contracts
  • leading and managing the development and implementation of ‘best practice’ procurement policy, directives, frameworks, procedures and guidelines to facilitate the reduction of business risk across the company
  • identifying areas of improvement and offering solutions to existing norms and processes

Our requirements

  • good command of Polish and English (B2)
  • university degree (preferably in Management, Logistics or Economics)
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment
  • experience in sourcing and business analysis
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and business application software, purchasing, and resource planning systems
  • knowledge of negotiation techniques
  • effectiveness and goal-orientation
  • agile attitude - openness, improvement of actions, anticipation of changes
  • ability to adapt within a fast-moving and growing environment and to build relations with customers

Optional

  • knowledge of German language
  • experience with Coupa platform
