Your responsibilities

• Carrying out operational tests according to international standards and internal procedures.
• Providing feedback on the tests performed to the supervisor or team members.
• Ensuring tests are carried out and results delivered according to the project schedule.
• Support in generating test documentation in line with internal standards.
• Collaborate with the R&D department and other departments within the organization.

Our requirements

• High school diploma, preferably with a technical focus.
• 1-2 years of experience as a lab, quality control, or production operator.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of laboratory equipment and data acquisition systems is a plus.
• Ability to prepare and present technical documentation is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Polish (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Positive attitude and proactive approach to tasks.
