Your responsibilities

• Project for MAN company
• Position concerns about 2-year contract on the project.
• Employees will be hired by an employment agency - Grafton Recruitment
• Entering and updating data in the SAP system
• Responsibility for purchasing processes for deliveries below EUR 100,000 per year
• Internal data quality control and procedures verification
• Actively participate in streamlining and enhacing purchasing support processes
• Prepare cyclical and ad-hoc system reporting related to daily operations of the Team
• Responsible for helping coordinate logistics processes
• Creation of a database for Purchasing contracts, preparation of contract extension
• Negotiation preparation (turnover, performance, indexes, etc.)
• Support for creating presentations/templates
• Procurement logistics issues (area forwarder, container management)

Our requirements

• Experience in a similar position - at least one year
• Knowledge of English language min. on B2-level
• Experience in SAP program will be an advantage
• Knowing of German language min. on A2-level (higher level will be an advantage)
• Bachelor degree from technical, economic or related education
• Extensive data processing skills in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Word
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Good understanding of numbers and quick comprehension of complex issues
• Self-organization skills
