About the project

• We are seeking a Senior Golang Engineer to join a logistics-focused digital project. The objective is to build a scalable web and mobile platform that facilitates the certification process for drivers operating within CEP (Courier, Express, and Parcel) companies. The platform will serve both web and mobile interfaces and will leverage modern cloud infrastructure and DevOps pipelines.
• The project is currently in its early phase, offering an excellent opportunity to influence architectural decisions and foundational development practices. The CI/CD infrastructure will be established by DevOps engineers during the initial phase.

Your responsibilities

• Design and implement robust, scalable backend services in Golang
• Integrate with external APIs including authentication/authorization flows (JWT, OAuth)
• Design and optimize relational databases using PostgreSQL
• Utilize Redis for caching and session management
• Implement and maintain cloud-native solutions in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Collaborate closely with frontend (React) and mobile (Flutter) teams
• Ensure high code quality via CI/CD best practices
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Contribute to technical documentation and participate in code reviews

Our requirements

• Proven commercial experience as a Senior Backend Engineer with Golang
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL and Redis
• Solid understanding of authentication/authorization mechanisms including JWT
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Strong communication skills in English (B2+/fluent)

Optional

• Experience with Twillio, SendGrid, or Veriff API integrations
• Familiarity with Kubernetes
• Knowledge of or collaboration experience with React (frontend) or Flutter (mobile)
• Polish language skills
