Your responsibilities

• Supplier Data Administrator
• Creating and maintaining supplier accounts in Oracle system
• Contacting internal employees and suppliers via email and phone to ensure data accuracy and resolve queries
• Supporting corporate credit card reconciliation process
• Payments Specialist

Our requirements

• Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable in handling both email and phone communication with internal teams and external suppliers
• Proactive, communicative, and eager to learn
• University graduates, preferably in philology, linguistics, or Finance related fields
• Knowledge of additional foreign languages is highly welcome!
