Our requirements

• Completed studies in computer science or comparable training/certifications,
• 3+ years of experience within IT Service Desk/Desktop Support, ideally in a multi-site enterprise environment,
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft products, with an emphasis on Windows 11 and Microsoft 365,
• Experience with PC Application/OS support and Customer Support experience,
• Familiarity with any customer service software such as Zendesk, Zammad, ServiceNow,
• Knowledge of warehouse systems (scanners, mobile printers) – nice to have,
• The possibility for regular (once-twice a month) business trips to Germany.
• Speaking Polish and German on B2+ level,
