Your responsibilities

• As a Service Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the operational efficiency of our services. You will work closely with various teams to ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of our systems and services.
• What you will do
• • Monitor and manage the performance and availability of services.
• • Troubleshoot and resolve service-related issues in a timely manner.
• • Manage and execute deployments to various environments.
• • Create and maintain development, testing, and production environments.
• • Configure applications to meet client-specific needs and implement specific features as required.
• • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to implement improvements and optimizations.
• • Develop and maintain operational documentation and procedures.
• • Analyze system performance metrics and implement proactive measures to prevent issues.
• • Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

Our requirements

• • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• • 3+ years experience in a Service Operations or similar role (Cloud, DevOps, Site Reliability, etc)
• • Familiarity and profeciency with our tech stack: AWS, Grafana, Prometheus, Python, GitLab CI, Docker)
• • Knowledge of databases (SQL, MongoDB, Parquet)
• • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• • Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks.
• • Certifications in relevant technologies a plus.
