Your responsibilities

• Working hrs: either 6:00 - 14:00 or 14:00 - 22:00
• Project time frame: 6th October - 20th December
• Attending scheduled training workshops to get acclimated with Customer Peak Season project for the US market , operational framework, and standardised processes
• Promote tech tracking requirement to all Peak drivers in North America
• Proactively track loads for early identification and resolution on issues
• Escalate issues to Peak team leaders
• Manage drivers until each multi-stop load is delivered in full (marking in/out times at each stop, monitoring ETA’s, confirming trailer numbers)
• Collaborative communication with Customer, RXO drivers, and fellow teammates
• Constant communication with Customer regarding tracking updates and potential issues
• Coverage of all planned loads & recovery support
• Uphold service expectations & provide top tier service
• Facilitate questions from Customer employees, driver, and fellow RXO alike
• Work with RXO leadership to adjust shift schedules based on customers needs

Our requirements

• English – level B1/B2 (Polish not required)
