Your responsibilities

• Hi!
• We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/ RTV equipment.
• We are growing and looking for consultants who are enthusiastic and committed to serving customers.
• Tasks: 📌​
• - Provide technical support to equipment users.
• - Diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• - Providing information on products and their functionality.
• - Entering requests into the system.

Our requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (B2/C1).
• Very good command of English (B1/B2).
• Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV).
• Smile, positive attitude, communicative, willingness to learn.
• Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.
• Availability for a minimum of 120 hrs per month; Project hours: Mon–Fri 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m​.

What we offer

• Civil contract with a rate of PLN 56,00 gross/h.​
