Your responsibilities

  • Coordinate the rollout of the digital transformation program and manage milestone implementation across KRUK Group markets, in line with the master plan
  • Collaborate with Kruk Group markets to adapt and detail the master plan according to local needs
  • Ensure clear understanding of new tools and reengineered processes; identify gaps and facilitate alignment
  • Support onboarding of local teams, including planning and coordination of required resources and knowledge transfer
  • Design and execute enablement activities to ensure operational readiness and smooth adoption
  • Monitor implementation progress, manage interdependencies, and proactively mitigate or escalate risks and blockers
  • Track and report key performance indicators related to rollout, act as first point of contact for markets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain alignment and ensure consistent communication

Our requirements

  • Proven experience in IT-related program or strategic project management roles
  • Proven track record in leading complex initiatives, preferably cross-functional / international
  • Hands-on experience in agile / hybrid work environment and project management
  • Ability to translate strategic objectives into technology - driven solutions delivering measurable business value and actionable workplans
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English and at least one of the following: Polish, Italian, Spanish, or Romanian
  • Willingness to travel within Europe, as needed
