• As an IT Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of medium-to-large ICT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll join a multidisciplinary team, liaising closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and suppliers to deliver solutions that address real business needs. Your leadership will ensure effective planning, communication, and execution while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities

• Manage projects throughout their full lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
• Establish and maintain project controls to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved.
• Ensure quality standards are met across all project outputs.
• Liaise with the Project Board and key business stakeholders to align project goals with organizational objectives.
• Ensure effective communication across project teams and external partners.
• Assign and oversee tasks, balancing priorities and workload.
• Organize work in scrums and manage teamwork with Azure DevOps.
• Motivate and guide the project team to achieve optimal performance.
• Produce project documentation including plans, schedules, logs, and reports.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for various audiences.
• Organize and conduct project meetings.

Our requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience.
• Experience managing at least one medium-to-large ICT project as a Project Manager.
• Knowledge and application of both traditional and Agile project management methodologies.
• Strong understanding of IT and its application to business processes.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, SharePoint-based solutions, ontology/taxonomy management systems, and data integration projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English C1 + certification).
• Strong leadership abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with colleagues, managers, and suppliers in a changing environment.
• At least one of: PRINCE2 Practitioner, Project Management Professional (PMP), PM2 Agile, or equivalent internationally recognized certification (subject to Contracting Authority acceptance).
• Organizing work in scrums.
• Managing business stakeholder relationships with a client-oriented approach.
