Your responsibilities

• Preparation of annual financial accounts with notes for Polish legal entities according to Polish Accounting Principles including balance sheet, income statement, changes in equity and cash flow
• Coordination and participation in Polish statutory and tax audits
• Reconciliation of accounts including accruals, calculation and posting of statutory adjustments
• Calculation of annual CIT returns
• Other tax reporting – provide required information and participate in compliance procedures
• Statistical reporting to National Statistical Office
• Cooperation in implementation of JPK_KR_PD and JPK_ST_KR. Reporting both JPK to tax office with required by law deadlines
• Cooperation in implementation of KSEF
• Daily statutory accounting activities and period end review and close processing
• Ad-hoc reporting and other accounting queries

Our requirements

• Solid knowledge of Polish accounting principles and CIT Act
• Attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong computing skills; advanced Excel required; experience in working on SAP S4 Hana
• Good command of English
• Proven ability to work on own initiative, strong willingness to learn
• Effectively prioritize and organize workload
• Team player
• Preferable +3 years of work experience in statutory and tax reporting, preferably in large multinational organizations
• Solid experience
• First level university degree with a focus in business or economics, advanced degree and accounting certification or master’s degree in accounting and auditing/controlling
