Your responsibilities

  • Conduct E2E research for experienced profiles across different markets – from understanding the profile to developing the search strategy and closing the recruitment process.
  • Use a solution-oriented approach by overcoming blockers and challenges that arise during the recruitment process.
  • Apply creative and out-of-the-box thinking when conducting candidate searches.
  • Build and nurture relationships with candidates and potential future candidates.
  • Be expected to collaborate and support team members across various recruitment projects.
  • Cooperate closely with hiring managers and board members to understand hiring needs and ensure the recruitment process aligns with strategic goals.

Our requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a recruiter in IT in an international environment; either recruitment agency or in house recruitment for IT sector.
  • Experience and proven track record of success in searches for experienced professionals.
  • Ability to share knowledge and help build executive search competency internally.
  • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and building executive pipelines.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and proactivity, with the ability to work independently while managing multiple searches simultaneously, as well as collaborate effectively within a team to contribute to shared success.
  • To have strong understanding of business, organizational structures, and leadership functions.
  • To be fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Optional

  • Experience in conducting searches on different markets e.g. Europe, US, UK, Japan, Australia.
  • Being up to date with current trends on the market.
  • Experience in building and nurturing long-term talent communities.
