Your responsibilities

  • We are seeking proactive Global Sales Support Specialist to join our logistics team remotely from Poland (working hours in central european time). Proficiency in English and efficient and effective quoting experience are essential. Direct supervisor is polish speaking.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • As Global Sales Support Specialist you will ensure sales performance in the assigned sales territory by achieving quarterly sales targets. ou will be responsible for acquiring and developing customers within the designated territory to strengthen the market position of Rohlig Logistics US Operational support for global clients in the field of sea and air shipments. Additionally, you will be responsible for the collection of receivables from global clients.
  • ✔ Sales Development: Identify and develop sales opportunities in the assigned region, focusing on acquiring new clients and integrating them into operations. Build long-term relationships, manage key accounts, and support branches in customer acquisition while ensuring consistent sales performance.
  • ✔  CRM and TMS Handling: Efficient and effective quoting, registration, and archiving of offers/quotes in the system. Ensure accurate and timely data entry in FLOW and SPEED platforms.
  • ✔ Budget Execution: Achieve individual sales targets for segment A and B clients. Optimize product margins through effective collaboration with suppliers, partners, and internal teams.
  • ✔ Client Service (Sales and Operational): Ensure high-quality post-sales service for key clients, including contract renewals, issue resolution, and financial credibility checks. Coordinate operational client implementation by operationally handle shipments, and coordinate cross-trade information exchange
  • ✔ Cooperation with Operations and Other Departments: Work closely with global branches and departments to support multi-product customer development. Foster teamwork, follow internal procedures and regulations, and contribute toinnovative solutions for client projects.

Our requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position,
  • Very good knowledge of English,
  • Proficiency in MS Office,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
