Your responsibilities

• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Operations and Engineering teams across international locations to align on quality objectives and resolve issues.
• Problem-Solving Expert: Use RCCA tools (e.g., 5-Why, Ishikawa) to identify root causes and implement robust corrective actions.
• Manage Nonconforming Materials: Oversee nonconformity processes, ensuring quick resolution and preventive measures.
• Drive Quality in Projects: Lead the implementation of quality processes for NPI Projects, ensuring compliance with aerospace standards and customer requirements.
• Oversee Quality Systems: Manage and maintain critical documentation and systems related to product and process validation (e.g., APQP, PPAP, FAI).
• Track and Improve Quality Metrics: Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions to drive measurable improvements.
• Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential issues and develop control plans to mitigate risks and ensure product reliability.
• Continuous Improvement: Conduct line-side reviews and track performance metrics to foster process excellence and accountability.

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Metallurgy, or a related field).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality engineering or manufacturing, with at least 2 years in the aerospace industry.
• Solid understanding of AS 9100 requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of GD&T, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Proficient in statistical process control, including the ability toimplement SPC methods and tools and interpret data to identify trends and improve process performance.
• Familiarity with quality planning and product validation tools such as APQP, PPAP, and FAI in accordance with AS9102.
• Proficient in quality tools and methodologies such as FMEA and root cause analysis.
• Fluent in English (mandatory) and Polish (required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across international, cross-functional teams.
